Gratitude is one of the obligations in everyday life, without gratitude we will never know,, how the feeling of ” being truly happy. The nature of simplicity is said to often give us satisfaction and gratitude for what we already have. For us to understand,, that everything in our lives is only for a moment.

There are (3) Methods that we must always remember because these three ways are very easy for us to forget in everyday life.

1.(Compassion)
2.(Appreciation)
3.(Forgiveness)
